Full-home rebuilds, room-by-room renovations, flooring, lighting, smart-home upgrades — one Castillo team handles it all. Same accountability from wall demo to final walkthrough.
Full home renovations pull together a dozen specialties. When one team owns all of them, you get one schedule, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing when something needs attention.
3D renderings and material plans for every room being touched — so you see the finished home before demo begins.
Brevard County permits, HOA paperwork, inspections, and trade scheduling — all on us.
Wall removals, load-bearing headers, new door and window openings. Engineered plans when required.
New panel service if needed, added circuits, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, USB outlets, EV charging.
Repipe old copper or galvanized runs, new drains, water-heater upgrades, softener systems, fixtures.
Luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, tile, or polished concrete — leveled and installed to last.
If your renovation touches kitchens or baths, we handle those in-house too — no separate contractors.
Whole-home audio, security, smart thermostats, lighting scenes, network wiring — planned into the rebuild.
Ranges depend on scope — a single-room refresh is worlds apart from a full-home gut renovation. Here's a realistic 2026 starting point.
One room fully redone: new flooring, paint, lighting, trim, and maybe electrical or plumbing updates.
Multiple rooms or a full floor — flooring throughout, new lighting, updated electrical/plumbing, refreshed finishes.
Most popularDown to the studs. New systems, new layout, new everything. Best done vacant. Includes structural, mechanicals, kitchens, baths, finishes.
Note: These are typical ranges based on interior renovations projects we've completed in Brevard County. Your final quote depends on your specific scope, chosen materials, and any structural work discovered on-site. We always give you a line-by-line quote before starting — no surprises.
From single-room refreshes to full-home gut renovations — a look at recent projects.
You work directly with the owners — no middlemen, no shift changes.
From first sketch to final walkthrough, you're part of every step.
Beautiful work paired with an experience that feels great, too.
Same crew, same standards, same accountability on every job.
Every cost, every timeline, every change — agreed before we start.
We visit your home, walk through every room being touched, and understand how your household actually lives. We measure and document everything. Free, no obligation.
You see every room's new layout, materials, and finishes — with 3D renderings. Adjust anything. Nothing moves until you're 100% on-board with the plan.
Every material and every hour of labor — itemized by phase. Timeline sequenced around your household (or move-out if going full-gut). Signed before we start.
Demo, structural, mechanicals, drywall, finishes — completed in properly-sequenced phases. Weekly written updates, daily site cleanup, and one project manager as your single point of contact.
We don't leave until you're happy. Our warranty keeps working long after we're gone.
It depends on scope. Single-room and multi-room projects: you usually stay in the home with the affected areas closed off. Full gut renovations: yes, move out — the home won't have working systems for weeks and dust is unavoidable. We help clients plan the move-out timing and often stage the project to shorten that window.
A remodel updates specific rooms (kitchen, bath). A full renovation typically means multiple rooms, structural changes, and full mechanical/electrical/plumbing updates — essentially bringing an older home up to current standards inside and out. Both are what we do; scope drives which.
Almost always yes. If we're opening walls anyway, replacing old copper/galvanized plumbing and updating wiring is dramatically cheaper than doing it later. Older Brevard homes (pre-1985) especially benefit — old wiring and pipes are the leading causes of insurance and resale problems.
Both work. We have design capability in-house and can handle the full 3D renderings, material selections, and layout planning. Or if you have an interior designer or architect you already work with, we execute their plans faithfully. Many clients start with our team and love the one-stop simplicity.
Older Brevard homes often have surprises behind walls — water damage, old wiring, structural issues, termite damage. We document every finding with photos, and give you a written change order with the cost to fix before we touch it. You approve or decline. Nothing surprise-added to the final bill.
